Deoksugung Stonewall Path덕수궁 돌담길

A gently curving lane along the stone wall of Deoksugung Palace, a favorite of K-drama location scouts for decades and one of Goblin's signature strolls. Gingko season turns it gold.

Appears in

Guardian: The Lonely and Great God (Goblin)

The atmospheric stone-wall walk beside Deoksugung Palace, backdrop to several quiet, fateful strolls.

Recreate the shot: Walk the curve from the palace gate end — the wall's arc plus the ginkgo canopy frames exactly the walking-conversation shots. Late October afternoons, when the ginkgos turn, are the money window.

There now: It's a public downtown path, busiest at lunch hour on weekdays with office workers. Early weekend mornings you can have whole stretches to yourself.
